The price is what you pay. The value is what you get out of a long-term relationship with someone who cares about you and your business.

Our fee for a search is equal to 20% of the successful candidate’s first year annualized salary (excluding benefits and bonus).

The fee is paid in two parts:

  1. $2,500.00 (plus H.S.T.) non-refundable retainer at the beginning of the search, when the assignment is awarded.
  2. The balance of the 20% fee, (plus H.S.T.) payable within 15 days of the candidate’s start date.


If a new hire does not work out or circumstances result in the new hire leaving the company, we provide a 90-day guarantee from the start date of employment. That is, if for any reason the new hire leaves or is dismissed, we will find suitable replacement candidates for the same position, on the condition the final invoice for the original candidate is paid in full within the 15 days. The guarantee must be used within one year of the original candidate’s departure.
